O caco

Sculpture, 2021

Amidst the chaos of instability, a sense of insecurity emerges. The object, perched precariously in an unbalanced position, asserts its presence in the space and on those who occupy it. Its elongated form stretches beyond its base, but this very extension threatens its stability.

The focus of this project lies in the instability of the piece and its impact on those who experience it. The object's curved shape seems to struggle against the plinth it rests on, imposing itself upon the surrounding space. This imposition is palpable in the unease induced by the object's precarious state, both in its position and composition.
